His unwavering commitment to excellence in quality and exemplary work ethic has garnered him professional success as the Managing Director of New Zealand Dairy Products Bangladesh Limited. Today, New Zealand Dairy Products Bangladesh Limited, has won the hearts of millions serving the most trusted food products while marinating zero tolerance to quality.

Apart from being the Managing Director of New Zealand Dairy Products Bangladesh Limited, Mr. Mallick is also a fellow member of numerous dignified organizations like Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB), and Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (MCCI). He is also the current President of Institute of Intellectual Property Association of Bangladesh (IPAB).

Apart from his professional qualifications, Mr. Mallick is highly involved in various voluntary works. Worth mentioning, he is the President of Natore District Association in Dhaka, Vice President of Bangladesh Accounting Association, Senior Vice President of greater Rajshahi Divisional Association, Founder President of Rajshahi University Accounting Alumni Association (RUAAA), former President (3 times) of Dhanmondi Rotary Club, Dhaka. 

Mr. Mallick did his B.Com Honors in Accounting from University of Rajshahi and Masters’ in Accounting under the University of Dhaka. He qualified chartered Accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and later earned his MBA degree from London Institute of Technology and Research (LITR).
